Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of content strategies for our internal brands. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various digital platforms. The Content Coordinator will work closely with the team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice, objectives, and target audience. This is a great opportunity to make an impact with a small but mighty hybrid company in Richardson, TX that is poised for fast growth.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate content for blogs, websites, ads, and landing pages.
  • Research and write articles based on current events and related topics.
  • Manage and schedule posts across organic social media accounts for various campaigns.
  • Respond to and moderate user comments, page inbox, and emails to answer questions about the campaigns through social channels.
  • Report on organic social and search metrics to find areas of improvement.
  • Create & manage content calendar.
  • Stay up to date on relevant campaign news, organize, and share with the team.
  • Support the team by conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Craft ad copy in alignment with brand message as needed.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Help team source and recruit influencer talent for ads.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher desired (or in-progress), but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Canva and/or Adobe experience a plus.
