Community Resource Coordinator
The Community Resource Coordinator position is a Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) position. You will work to improve health outcomes for community members by building the program capacity of Westside Free Store Ministries. To accomplish this goal, you will develop and implement a volunteer and partner recruitment strategy, creating training and retention protocols that will equip volunteers to effectively conduct daily operations. The VISTA will also increase financial support for our site by writing grants and soliciting both in-kind and monetary donations. Ensuring effective communication with partners and volunteers, the VISTA member will deepen relationships in the community, expanding the impact and reach of Westside Free Store Ministries. Finally, the VISTA will create a new program, giving community members who volunteer the opportunity to promote gardening. **Benefits include a $200 housing stipend to supplement living costs.**
