Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Able to pass a background check.
   
• Drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Commercial painting experience.

Job Description:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Select and mix paints to match color specifications, considering factors such as application method and drying time.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect areas not to be painted.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and color charts to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and follow proper safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project timelines and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
