Clinical Research Coordinator Assitant
CDC Research Institute, LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant. The
Clinical Coordinator Assistant provides laboratory and technical support to Senior
Clinical Coordinator and professional staff and solves problems of standard complexity in carrying out research projects in a clinical and laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
Maintains compliance with established laboratory safety and other procedures.
Ensures the proper disposal of infectious and hazardous materials.
Applies quality control measures as outlined/required by the protocol. Provides basic data analysis.
Performs laboratory duties, including collection and organization of data, and maintaining databases. Collects vitals signs, height and weight, and lab draws.
Assists in the preparation of reports, publications, and presentations.
Follows instructions and standard operating procedures to perform expected tasks. May provide basic instruction to other lab staff.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the Clinical
Coordinator Supervisor. This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of standard laboratory techniques.
Knowledge of EKG.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to meet project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
