We are a luxury medspa located in North Dallas, focused on high quality service and client satisfaction.
We are looking for two full-time client coordinators/receptionists.
Position 1: Monday - Friday 9 - 3 and every other Saturday 10 - 3
Position 2: Monday - Friday 12 - 6 and every other Saturday 10 - 3

The ideal candidates are dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional. Must have previous experience in retail and/or customer service, knowledge of medical spa terminology and treatments, and computer skills.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Assist with marketing, including; Promotional Events, getting content for social media, creating newsletter, etc.
-Manage and schedule client appointments.
-Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team and management.
-Learn and manage POS system Myaestheticspro
-Be knowledgeable about all the services that we provide and all of the products that we offer.
-Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails.
-Inventory management
** After 90 days, in addition to salary, employee will receive, one complimentary service per month (this includes injectables) and 40% discount on all products offered at the spa.

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
