Case Manager

Boutique Law Firm is looking for Spanish speaking personal injury case manager. Candidate must have experience working as case manager and will be expected to handle case from intake to resolution.

Duties include: Opening claims, resolving property damage, preparing loss of use demands, requesting and organizing medical records, requesting collision reports, managing client’s medical care, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit to demand writers.

Candidate must be very organized, detail oriented, capable of working in a high pressure environment, computer literate, willing to work as a team player, and have outstanding customer service skills. Positive attitude, good communication and writing skills along with multi-tasking are a must.
