Camp Counselor

This is an incredible opportunity if you like action and adventure. You will be a camp counselor for young teenagers in one of the most beautiful areas in the West. Clark Creek Lodge is located next to world famous Burney Falls and Lake Britton in Northern California. This summer we are hosting 8 weeks of camps for 40 campers each week. You will monitor and participate in the daily activities that include lots of water sports (swimming, canoeing, Jet-skis, fishing). Our property includes a paintball competition area, ATV trails, archery and target shooting ranges. We have pickleball and sumo competitions. We go disco bowling at the classic lanes in Burney. We visit Shasta Caverns and the lava ice caves of nearby Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park. As a staff counselor you will be guiding and participating in all of it.

Staff counselors are provided free room & board, a weekly stipend of $600 (paid each Friday) and a bonus at end of summer.

There is no other camp like Clark Creek. We sit along the Pacific Crest Trail between Mt. Shasta & the Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park. Every day we are doing many activities on site and taking day trips to some amazing nearby destinations. This will be your best summer ever (that's what previous summer staff tell us).
