Cabinet Designer
We are currently seeking to hire a Cabinet Sales Person And Designer to join our team! This is a hybrid position, meaning hours may be required in the store, but potential jobs can be found outside of the store! Optional hourly plus commission or full commission pay! Performance bonuses for yearly goals! No cap on commission!
This is a wonderful opportunity for new graduates! This position will guarantee real-world experience in business and project management, as well as 3D design software. Commission pay allows for amazing pay potential right of college!
When designing cabinets, we start by going to the customers home to have a look at the project and take measurements. We then design their kitchen on a 3D design system called 2020 and bring our ideas to life. We are responsible for finding installers and countertop contractors, organizing and scheduling the jobs, making sure the installers install the cabinets as designed, and customer satisfaction during and after the job!
We are looking to seriously expand our business, so we are looking for fresh minds to be a part of system development and input any new ideas that can make the work place, customer satisfaction, and all other aspects of the business better!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the cabinet measures, designs, and installations
- Provide customer service and solve problems
- Manage jobs from start to finish, including incoming cabinet orders, installers, countertops, customer follow-ups, etc.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn or previous experience in cabinet sales, cabinet designing, and customer service
- Ability to learn or experience with quickbooks
- Ability to learn or experience with 2020 design software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
