As a Brand Deal Manager at LBM Agency your primary responsibility is to secure brand deals for influencers. Your objectives include building a network of brand relationships, negotiating, and closing brand deals, and achieving revenue targets. You will report to the President and collaborate closely with the brand research department.

Qualifications:

1. You must understand the influencer marketing landscape. The influencer marketing industry is constantly evolving. You are required to stay up to date with the latest trends, emerging social media platforms, and industry best practices.

2. Familiarize yourself with different social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their unique characteristics to determine the most suitable influencers for specific brand campaigns.

3. Understand the power of influencer marketing in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales for LBM Agency's clients.

4. Identifying and researching potential brands LBM Agency focuses on partnering with brands that align with our influencer clients' target audience and values. Work together with the brand research department assisting with thorough brand research using online resources, social media platforms, industry publications, and competitor analysis.

5. Utilize LBM Agency's brand research identification tools and resources to identify potential brand partners.

6. Building and nurturing relationships with a focus on building strong relationships with brands and company representatives is crucial. Initiate contact, introduce LBM Agency, and express interest in potential collaborations.

7. Communicate professionally, personalize your outreach, and highlight the value proposition of partnering with LBM Agency and our influencers.

8. Nurture relationships by regularly following up, providing updates on influencer campaigns, and identifying new collaboration opportunities.

9. Pitching and negotiating brand deals and craft compelling brand pitches tailored to the brand's objectives, target audience, and preferred influencers. Present the unique benefits of partnering with LBM Agency, such as our expertise, access to a diverse pool of influencers, and influencers previous successful campaigns.

10. Negotiate deal terms, including deliverables, exclusivity, compensation, and contractual obligations. Strive for win-win solutions that satisfy both the brand and influencer.

11. Industry compliance and ethical practices are mandatory. Adherence to industry compliance standards and regulations, such as disclosure requirements and guidelines set by advertising and regulatory bodies. Emphasize transparency and ethical practices when working with brands and influencers, ensuring that all partnerships are authentic and comply with legal and ethical standards. Stay informed about changes in regulations and best practices to maintain LBM Agency's reputation as an ethical and responsible agency.

Schedule:

• Full time or part time work remotely.
• Monday to Friday
• Daytime Hours (9am to 6pm)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Because influencers are only hiring LBM Agency for the single purpose of increasing their month-to-month income. All qualified candidates will have to complete a 30-day probation period. Within 30 days or less you will be required to develop a minimum of two brand deals. During this 30-day period your compensation package will be: 10% of LBM Agency fees collected from all new brand deals and paid partnerships and a 3% bonus will apply to anything above $100,000.00 and performance incentives. If you complete two brand deals before 30 days your probationary period ends, and an evaluation is immediately established. After 30 days you will receive a review to establish your base salary and revised compensation package.
