Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.

* Ensure consistency in coffee quality and presentation.

* Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons to enhance their experience.

* Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment.

Customer Service:

* Greet customers warmly and take their orders at the register or drive through.

* Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.

* Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

* Experience as a barista OR willingness to learn!

* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques preferred but not required.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain).
