Assistant Cook

• Up to 60 hours a week between two locations
• Position open from May through September
• Shared employee housing available for $400 a month
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing grill stations at two locations during head cook downtime
  • Assisting general manager and head cooks with any operational or organizational tasks
  • Managing Fry and Dessert stations when needed
  • Maintain Kitchen Operational Standards
  • Direct Fry Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers when necessary
