OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND THE POSITION:

Transform Your Space is one of the biggest and best professional organizing companies in Orange County. We are growing rapidly so are looking for a full time (40 hours a week) Administrative Assistant / Associate Organizer. The schedule is VERY flexible and you may do most of the work from home. Note - working remotely 100% of the time is not an option. Candidates must be located within commute distance to Tustin, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a very interesting job with a lot of variety! Every day is different, but common tasks include:
Answering phones
Scheduling organizers
Client communications
Research online for organizing supplies
Selling items online
Occasionally assisting with on-site organizing jobs
Pick up and drop off of materials
Great communication skills and a working vehicle are required, and experience with Microsoft Office, HouseCall Pro, Facebook Marketplace are plusses. Although it is a fast-paced environment, we also have a lot of fun and the employees feel more like family members.

PAY DETAILS:
Base pay rate is $18 - 20 per hour, depending on experience

EDUCATION:
High school or equivalent (Required)

EXPERIENCE:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
