Worship Leader

We are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team. As a Worship Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead our communities in worship and shepherd/mentor worship teams.

Duties:
- Lead worship services and engage the congregation in meaningful worship and prayer
- Prayerfully build worship sets
- Coordinate with musicians and vocalists to ensure smooth execution of worship sets
- Mentor and develop musicians and vocalists, providing guidance and support in their musical growth
- Communicate effectively with the worship team, church staff, and congregation
- Educate the congregation on the purpose and significance of worship
- Provide leadership during rehearsals, ensuring that all team members are prepared for worship services

Skills and :
- Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in playing an instrument (guitar, piano, etc.)
- Excellent vocal skills with the ability to lead congregational singing
- Ability to mentor and develop musicians and vocalists
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to lead teams and congregations in "free-flow" or "spontaneous" times in worship
