Service Tech
Hello! Thank you for responding to our employment ad. Here is a basic synopsis of what the position involves.
Prerequisite experience:
- General property maintenance, handyman capabilities
- Familiarity with basic computer operation
- Customer service
Required tools:
- Basic hand tools (company tools available as needed)
- Vehicle for transportation to job sites (including valid DL & current auto insurance)
- Mobile device for work order processing/assignments
Responsibilities:
- Working with tenants
- Making phone calls, arranging tenant and vendor appointments
- Performing property walk-through inspections
- Trouble-shooting maintenance requests
- Performing minor maintenance on properties
- Photographing rental properties
- Entering data in property management program online
Employment status:
- You would be an independent contractor
- Multiple techs are being sought, so this can be part-time or full time and weekend availability is a plus
- There are no employee benefits, but flexibility of work schedule is possible
