Sales Representative
ENTRY LEVEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION SUMMARY
5 Star Exterior is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative to be responsible for following up on leads, generating new leads who qualify for our products, and converting them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential customers, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments for our current sales representatives. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments for current sales representatives
Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources
Convert leads to customers following the sales process
Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly targets
Be a contributing member of the Entry-Level Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or high school diploma
Strong interpersonal skills
2+ years in the Customer Service Industry
Previous sales experience is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of walking
This position will require travel up to a 50 mile radius of our office
