SDR Account Executive – Generate Leads and Close Deals – Remote Position, $3K Monthly Base + 25% Commission for 24 Months on Each Client You Close

 

Year 1 OTE is $122,400. Year 2 OTE is $244,800.

 

This position combines the responsibilities of an SDR and an Account Executive.

You will be responsible for generating leads, performing online demos, writing and submitting proposals and following up to close new business.

After your 90-day training period, you will be expected to book 3 to 5 online demos weekly and close at least 8 new clients per month.

Your average monthly commission on 8 new clients per month would be $600; Month 2 - $1,200; Month 3 - $1,800 and so on.

With base plus commissions, your Year 1 OTE would be $122,400 and your Year 2 OTE would be $244,800.

Specifically, you will:

  • Make 150 to 200 dials per day
  • Email sales literature to warm prospects
  • Connect with warm prospects on Linkedin
  • Schedule and run online demos for prospects
  • Write and email sales proposals to prospects
  • Conduct follow up calls and emails to close new business
  • Log details of every interaction into Hubspot CRM
  • Use Hubspot CRM to track all action items in the sales cycle

Required Experience

  • Three + years as an SDR, meeting quota
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency with Hubspot (or other CRMs)
  • Background screening or staffing sales experience would be a plus

Required Tools

  • High speed internet connection
  • Desktop computer or laptop
  • Headset

Your sales cadence will be as follows:

  • Cold call leads
  • Book an intro call with warm prospects
  • Email capabilities deck to warm prospects
  • Reminder email and call day before intro call
  • Conduct intro call to qualify the prospect

- Call and email to reschedule any no-shows

  • If qualified, schedule demo and write / email proposal
  • Connect with prospect on Linkedin
  • Reminder email and call day before demo
  • Conduct online demo / schedule proposal review call

- Call and email to reschedule any no-shows

  • At end of proposal review, email sign up instructions / schedule onboarding call

- Conduct necessary follow up calls and emails to close

This is a remote independent contractor position. There are no “benefits” like health insurance, car allowance, etc. You will also be responsible for paying your own taxes. You can work from home or any remote location.

You will receive paid time off on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
