About Us:
We are a leading food tour company specializing in immersive culinary experiences that combine history, culture, and delicious food. Our tours offer participants a chance to explore the hidden gems, taste authentic dishes, and discover the stories behind the flavors in our vibrant city.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our walking food tours, including getting food from restaurants (food already paid for in advance), sharing facts about the city, sharing facts about the restaurants, and giving details about the food.
- Supervise a team of charismatic tour guides.
- Ensure exceptional in person customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Collaborate with local vendors, restaurants, and food establishments to maintain strong partnerships.
- Take pictures of each group, and send the pictures to us via email.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the tourism industry, preferably in food tours or related fields.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a group.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Deep knowledge and passion for local food culture, history, and culinary trends.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address unforeseen situations during tours.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate tour schedules.
