Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our virtual call center as a Customer Support Agent. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our many Fortune 500 clients via phone calls in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information about our products or services.
- Ensure positive and personalized customer experiences by actively listening, empathizing, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and internal systems to efficiently and effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately, ensuring all relevant details are properly recorded for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate unresolved customer issues as appropriate and follow up on pending inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and evolving product features to provide proactive and informed customer support.

Requirements:
- No experience needed
- Must have reliable internet and your own equipment. (If you do not have equipment, we do offer affordable equipment financing options)
-Must be able to pass a 7yr background check
-Must be able to pass assessment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and courteous phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Flexibility to work in a remote environment
