Key Role Requirements:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality technical support through inbound phone calls within a dynamic, high-demand contact center setting
• Take ownership and demonstrate promptness when addressing agent requests, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
• Analyze data to make well-informed decisions and resolve issues, all while upholding a positive phone interaction
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and business associates to ensure a superior experience for our agents
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours of work per week
• Successfully handle additional tasks and undertake other projects and duties as assigned
