The Assistant to the Directress/Lead Guide brings their own unique way of providing care, guidance and support to the Morning Light Montessori learning community and can best serve our community with a growth mindset, a high level of self-awareness, an attitude of gratitude and ability to attain inner peace in times of chaos. The Assistant to the Directress/Lead Guide is a co-creator in the maintenance and growth of the Morning Light Montessori vision. As such, the assistant seeks to understand the intentions, goals and priorities that lead to the realization of that vison, contributes unique ideas, recommends creative solutions, suggests special projects and is willing to step into leadership roles when needed. It is my sincere hope that the Assistant to the Directress/Lead Guide finds joy and fulfillment as they use their gifts to go about doing this important work which Maria Montessori called “our cosmic task”.
