The Epilepsy Agency of the Big Bend was established in 1989 as a charitable 501(c)3 organization to support epilepsy patients, particularly those of low income, without health insurance. EABB navigates tailored, case-managed solutions to care through the payment of diagnostic and treatment services, community education, and advocacy for social equity and improved quality of life for all who must live with this often disabling condition. The EABB Administrative Assistant is a part-time, contract position that provides coordination and support for various administration and communication needs. Reports to Executive Director. Most work will be done onsite, with occasional remote assignments.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. WordPress is ideal. Math skills, as well as the ability to write compelling narrative, are required. Attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking and organization skills are a must. A positive, professional and upbeat manner is expected.
