� Handling customer financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and checking.
� Counting cash, answering phones, filing deposit slips and paperwork, managing ATM deposits, and balancing numbers at the end of day.
� Perform various clerical duties such as maintaining records, extracting, sorting, numbering, batching, and filing tax returns and related correspondence.
� Receive, open, sort and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail.
� Screen documents, forms, and letters addressed or routed to various offices.
� Review and process outgoing mail. Maintain appropriate records and/or logs for tracking and reconciliation purposes.
� Conduct searches and other follow up action on delayed shipments.
� Examine file materials to identify primary subject matter and assign proper classification.
� Locate and withdraw file material or information from records to meet the needs of users.

Administrative Assistant

� Lease Administration for all owned and leased properties

� Responsible for the maintenance of all Lease files (electronic & paper files), including updating systems Colliers Work Trac, TAB, Yardi, Timberscan, Share Point Building Engines)
� Maintain SharePoint
� Maintain time sheets and accurately input time and attendance data into the computer.

� Maintain Company's archived lease files
� Maintain and update Tenant contact list for owned and leased properties
� Assist with monthly marketing and vacancy reports
� Track Data of leased transactions and activity
� Assist with updating Tenant contact information through Building Engines system
� Review lease documents and amendments to ensure proper exhibits are attached and security deposits/Letters of Credit are received.
� Collect/file Tenant Parking Request forms
� Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), follow up on requests for updated and additional certificates.
