C: WORKING EXPERIENCE
Field Training as community development officer at Kinondoni Municipal council, October 2019 to February 2020
? Promotion and formation of community based organization (Cobs) creating awareness and mobilizing small entrepreneur to form groups called community based organisation, where by a student’s assisted various groups to prepare their constitutions, minutes meting and informing them to procedure to undergo so as to open their bank account and gained loan to run their business accordingly.
?Supervising loan repayment during the internship student engage in receiving loan repayment among the community based organisation of woman and youth and people with disability which is receiving grass period of one year under assistance of community development officer.
?Community meeting participation and identifying development projects so as to increase their income.
?Conducting Meet with HIV/AIDS committee the committee managed to meet per month at once to discuss on how insure the HIV victim are identified and starting use CD4s at a time also participated in developing HIV victim inclusion in financial and social well being in their committee and their family member
?Mobilizing people in the community to identify their own recourses and utilize them efficient and effectively.
?Prepared weekly report specifically in loan repayment and loan opportunities and other activities done under community development department.
?Visiting and monitoring and evaluation in development project within municipal wards
?Prepare and supervising children forums and engaging with children about their well being and children’s rights.
