I set up tables and chairs for residents to sit and enjoy their lunch and dinner in the dining area of the nursing home. I was assigned a section that contained 15 residents.
I would greet guests and residents in taking their order for which platter they wanted and bring it to them. I refilled coffee, lemonade, water and other beverages for the residents.
Once the residents and guests finished with their food, I would pick up and clean my section by wiping down and sweeping the floors.

Gullivers, 2727 W Howard St - Hostess/Cashier
I would greet guests coming into the restaurant and seat them. I would make sure to ask if they have any preference on where to sit whether a booth or a table is okay.
I took phone orders for delivery and pick up making sure I repeated orders back so I got the order correct. When guests would do pick ups, I would ring up their order and get their orders from the kitchen.
I was in charge of seating guests and giving delivery orders to drivers and making sure the orders are correct.

I greeted customers who came through doors as well as take their orders
I would prepare their food if they asked for an item off the menu and assist them to their cars in case they were unable to do any lifting.
I answered any questions or concerns a customer would have about the store or the food we had
I cleaned and restocked the counters with supplies that were needed. I made sure there was more than enough resources and food for my coworkers and for the night shift.
