V o ic eWET (Design)Mar 2015 - Dec 2015 (10 months)As WET's Voice (lead company writer), I collaborated with a multi-disciplinary, strategic branding team
comprised of graphic designers, cinematographers, directors, editors, and marketers. The branding
team was responsible for defining brand vision and creating true-to-brand content. I personally oversaw
all written components of the WET brand. I worked directly with WET's designers to develop names
for features and craft design narratives for concept presentations. I wrote and edited copy included
in a wide range of applications such as design books, website, mobile app interfaces, marketing
collateral, internal and external communications, project overviews distributed to press, and special
event invitations/promotions.
Executive Assistant to CEOWET (Design)Apr 2014 - Apr 2015 (1 year 1 month)I supported CEO in management of all organizational matters and was the internal and external first
point of contact to CEO. I served as the CEOs "eyes and ears" and contributed to outreach, recruitment
and hiring efforts, as well as employee retention.

At WET, engineering, design, and manufacturing are fully integrated into a seamless lean operation;
boundaries between departments are flexible and permeable. In assisting the CEO and his executive
team, I established clear communication between the CEO and all departments, and I conducted
follow up on behalf of the CEO. I worked within the wide variety of disciplines found at WET (design,

purchasing, human resources, manufacturing, marketing, branding, operations).

WET is an international design, architecture, and engineering firm with projects in over 20 countries.
WET designs with water, fire, water-on-fire, ice, and fog to transform spaces into experiences. (WET
has 250+ creations around the world!) Some features are large-scale lakes, where water dances,
choreographed to music, like in the iconic Fountains of Bellagio and The Dubai Fountain. Other projects
include interactive plazas filled with playful jets, contemplative water walls, or powerful explosions of
water and fire.

Montage Beverly Hills is a Forbes 5-Star, AAA Five-Diamond ultra-luxury hotel located in one of the
most competitive hospitality markets in the world. On the top two floors of the hotel are the Residences,
20 privately owned condominium units (each ranging in size from roughly 1,500 to 5,000+ square feet,
each unit sold between 4million usd to upwards of 14million usd).

I worked directly with the Residence owners. In order to ensure owners received the Montage 5-star,
Five-diamond lifestyle experience, I managed all hotel operations for the Residences, setting and
enforcing high, custom standards of service.

I worked independently (as the sole residential concierge) and with little-to-no direct oversight. I liaised
between homeowners, the Home Owners' Association (HOA) and 3rd party property management,
hotel executives, as well as front-of-house and heart-of-house hotel departments. At times, I assisted
with showings of these multi-million dollar properties.

I established and maintained positive relationships with the Residence owners, anticipating their needs
and customizing experiences to each owner’s preferences.
