Accomplishments
• Transitioned the in-classroom Driver’s Education program to Zoom online program during to comply with Covid-19 safety regulations.
• Developed and implemented the reorganization and technical upgrade of the Public Safety Communications Center which included communications software, alarm systems and on-going changes in procedures which resulted in more efficient service to the Swarthmore College Community.
• Restructured the instruction materials and teaching techniques in order to streamline education of new employees.
