Goodwill of North Georgia | Decatur, GA June 2017 – Present Throughout tenure with organization, served as liaison/ coordinator between stakeholders, external vendors, and grant funders. (VA, GVRA, DFCS, DOL, DJJ, ARC, Workforce Dekalb etc.). Develop relationships with employers, potential funders, and community resources providers. Audit and improve site processes and systems to insure sound financial grant management. Assists Directors, Regional managers, Case Managers, and Employment Team with development projects and participants’ program success. Analyze all participant data to generate monthly reporting documentation for funders, upper executive leadership, and stakeholders.

Program Analyst II (Site Lead), October 2019 - Present
• Provide advisement and support to team members for daily operations of workforce training site in the absence of the Regional Manager or Senior Case Manager.
• Consecutive 100% satisfactory score in financial and marking audits for all four quarters since 2017.
• Overhauled Account/Receivables procedures and filing systems; creation of spreadsheets to enhance tracking metrics; Increased communication with external stakeholders and funders to negotiate payments; resulting in history – breaking collections in the amount of $116,000 in receivables for site.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to prepare sites budgeting reports and processes.

Program Analyst (Team Lead) June 2017 – October 2019
• Co-led training of 13 Goodwill sites including staff and end users, on funder related billing software launches and updates.
• Provides administrative support to workforce development team(s) ensuring the success of the program’s finances, mission, training outcomes, stakeholders rapport and marketing goals.
• Maximizes and delivers high quality customer service to external stakeholders; appointed “Go – To” or Liaison for site, yielding in increased external partnerships and program enrollments.
