MAGCON - Merchandise Manager
January 2016 June 2016
As a merchandise manager I organized all of the merchandise for every show, I helped execute the sales during the show, and I occasionally assisted the talent. Before events I would help scan in tickets and deal with any issues or complaints from customers and after events I would assist in handling the money made during. This job helped me learn patience, respect for the product and consumer, and how to handle a hectic traveling schedule during school.

Victorias Secret - Sales Support Generalist
January 2018 April 2018
As a sales associate/cashier at Victoria's Secret, I was taught how to use the POS system, how to approach customers to lend a helping hand, the correct way to handle theft, and how to function in a work environment that isn't entirely comfortable. I was proud of the amount of sales I made while working at VS and even though I had a hard time fitting in, I learned the best way to turn any work-related situation into a positive one.

Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop - Sales Associate/Cashier
April 2018 - October 2018 -- September 2020 -
This was a wonderful work environment, and I was able to build strong relationships with all of my co-workers. From this job I learned the best way to take care of a business after closing hours, the professional way to brief co-workers of mishaps and brief superiors of important events, how to collaborate with other co-workers, how to multitask while maintaining composure, and how to act quickly in situations where it is necessary.

Sony ATV Intern
August 2019 December 2019
This internship taught me a lot about the music industry. I learned how to draft, review, and send professional licenses to clients. I was taught how to politely interact with clients when making collections or follow-up calls and how to write up fully executed and commercial licenses. I now have a full understanding of the SmartSearch database and how executed invoices function.

Indie Connect Intern
January 2020 May 2020
At Indie Connect I was in charge of editing, proof-reading, and writing up the necessary contracts for our clients. I assisted in updating the company website, proof-reading new master-use licenses, press releases, and blog posts for clients. I was also tasked with researching any possible legal issues that might affect the company or our clients and I was taught how to professionally meet with and speak to clients and the local music publishers that were involved with the company.
