Niantic River Surveys: Edit images for optimal clarity, analyze benthic composition (percent cover of macroalgae, eelgrass and bare sediment), and link GPS tracks to corresponding data sets.
Marsh Surveys: taxonomic identification of visible invertebrates and fishes as well as estimation of size and number of individuals on screen.
Participate in field work involving instrument deployment and retrieval as well as sample and data collection.
Organize and maintain of laboratory materials including acid washing of glassware, appropriate disposal and storage of chemicals and containers.
