Diary Queen Shift Leader May 2018 – Present Work Front Counter, Drive Thru, and Kitchen, assisting customers with orders and various customer service needs. In this role I am responsible for making the ice cream and food, assuring the cleanliness of the equipment and tools used to make the food, as well as cleaning the facility after hours. As Shift Leader, I am responsible for making sure the shift runs correctly, answering phone calls, helping customers to sort out any issues, and counting money for the registers.
Screening Attendant Jan. 2021-March 2021
In this role I was responsible for screening hospital visitors for temperatures and Covid-19 related symptoms. This was to ensure the safety of all employees and other patients.
