I work with homeless residents to give them support in daily life, which includes assisting with applying and securing unemployment benefits, SNAP/LINK cards, medicare etc. I also assist them in getting in touch with housing assistance, stimulus checks and any other monetary or government aid they need. I perform intakes of new residents, organize and file as well as regularly update inventory of supplies for the shelter as directed by the shelter manager.
