Ban-The-Box Interviews: Developed and conducted 75+ intakes of formerly incarcerated felons, as part of a graduate sociological research project, to gain an understanding of the perception surrounding the “Ban-the-Box” policy and felons’ employment prospects post incarceration to examine the e↵ects of whether the policy created tangible quality-of-life improvements towards equitable employment practices
Legislation Reports: Drafted a comparative legislation report reflecting state’s alternatives towards the “Ban-the-Box” policy to create policy recommendations
