able to do that while maintaining a clean store and interacting with customers. Our main priority was
customer satisfaction. On top of making sure that drinks were made correctly, we were also expected to
engage with the customer and make them feel welcomed in the environment.

I was a point of sales associate at Kohl's. My main job was ringing up customers and up-selling the store's
