• Dissertation : “Integration of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Machine Learning for
Modeling Scaffold Pore Structure for Tissue Engineering ”; Advisor: Prof. O . Ilegbusi
• Investigated CFD analysis of the crystal formation in the freeze -casting process using genetic
algorithm and Python programming
• Analyzed the scaffold pore structure from Scanning Electron Microscope ( SEM ) images using
Python image processing libraries
• Developed and applied Deep Learning module to predict scaffold microstructure based on the
CFD results and experimental measurements using Python TensorFlow and Keras libraries
