• Assists in daily routines in a general education Kindergarten classroom.
• Create and develop lessons utilizing the Envision 2.0 Program, Benchmark Advanced Program, and guided reading groups.
• Integrate multiple teaching strategies to reach various learning styles.
• Utilize behavior modification techniques to motivate appropriate participation and maintain classroom management.
• Incorporate technology into the daily curriculum using the Smart Board, document camera, Chromebooks, audio books and various websites, such as ABCya and YouTube.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, such as DRA, Benchmark Advanced Reading and Phonics, Project Read, district developed writing and math, and fluency activities.
