WORK EXPERIENCE
Direct Care Staff & Employment Coach || Sample Supports, Longmont, CO || 2016 - 2017
*Sample Supports specializes in clients with dual diagnosis, including mental illness and substance abuse, in addition to their cognitive disabilities.
*Trained multiple client’s in the delivery of exceptional food and beverage at the restaurant “Sample’s World Bistro.” -Place orders, and receive/process payments using FoodPoint POS System. -Perform inventory monitoring and ordering for the restaurant. -Execute housekeeping tasks around the restaurant. -Sell and merchandise the restaurant’s products, such as, shirts, hats, seasonal items and drinkware. -Calculate and distribute tips for employees after each shift.
*Also, trained multiple client’s in retail and customer service at “Crystal Joys.” -Maintained a clean working environment per company’s best practices. -Monitor inventory of supplies on hand. -Maintained a daily cash drawer and balances it at the beginning and end of each shift. -Receive/process payment using a POS System. -Assisted customers with special orders and enforced important deadlines for those. -Processed returns, refunds, and replacements as necessary to help customers troubleshoot their issues.
