My greatest achievement in came while I was deployed into Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003). Photographing the installation process of installing protective armor onto the Bradley Fighting Vehicle and creating installation instructions for distribution on computer CD disks in HTML format were made available to the Army Knowledge Online (AKO) internet security service for deployment worldwide for Forward Operations Base (FOB) maintenance and repairs.
