Avondale Quality of Life: Cincinnati, OH

Served as active member of a group titled �Sharing Success� whose goal was to brainstorm and devise methods by which existing Avondale community residents would benefit from future investments in neighborhood economic development.

The results became the contents of a community plan which was presented to and passed by Cincinnati City Council in early 2020.



FUNDRAISING ASSISTANT (Internship) Jun-Oct 2018

Ohio Justice and Policy Center: (via Association of Fundraising Professionals) Cincinnati, OH

Researched possible donors and grant funders via the Foundation Center, GuideStar, and the blue book of Cincinnati-area while maintaining accurate automated and manual entry to Salsa CRM database.

Created a grant application in partnership with the Development Director and Program Manager that resulted in a $5,000 award.

Developed statistical reports, conducted analyses for agency leadership, and completed project that included data visualization (produced from heat mapping) in support of agency�s five year strategic plan.

Produced linear regression analysis in R, resulting in information allowing Strive Partnership - an educational nonprofit - to develop a recommendation strategy of policy modifications to Cincinnati Public Schools.
