Responsible for coaching OTF workouts and motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-defined workouts. Fitness Coaches are leaders of the Orangetheory workouts. This requires them to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout.
Instruct members to perform workouts based on template made for each individual day, constructed by headquarters. Workouts for the day are based on strength, endurance, power, or a combination of all three into one 60-minute workout. Keeping time of each interval or station on track to ensure workouts are performed in adequate time, keeping the member form both overtraining and undertraining. Educate members of heart rate - based interval training to explain how science comes to play when designing timing of the workouts performed.
