Major Projects include:
Health and Wellness Center at Umm Salal: Medical laboratories, covered area of 50,012 m2 . Al Thumama Milaha Logistics City: Commercial Warehousing , Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre for Drug Addicts: 50,000 m2 plot, Hamad Medical City Translational Research Institute & Qatar Bio-bank: Translational Research Institute & Qatar Bio-Bank provides: research facility total area of 31,455m² to house biological information of citizens, The New Port Project: Approximate site area of 45,324 m2 with total of 65 buildings. New Doha Zoo: The Public Park Area is 148,000 m2.The challenge was to control water consumption as well as energy that is needed for specific species, as well as the need for specific Plants species that is not easily grown in Doha, Qatar.
The Eco Villa: One-story villa, 622 m2, a modern interpretation of traditional Qatari architecture, reflecting the culture and heritage of Qatar whilst being contemporary in character and function – it creates a new aesthetic for sustainable development in Qatar. The "eco villa" is an opportunity to experience the merits underlying sustainability practice and serve as a research platform to test, investigate and evaluate materials, products, and technologies.
