The Innovation District: Urban Revitalization in the Downtown Region, Chattanooga TN.
As the city of Chattanooga, TN expands, they are faced with the issue of displacement of the homeless and lower-income families. This research proposal focuses on how the Innovation District shaped the downtown urbanscape, how it continues to propagate displacement, and the solutions necessary to solving this wicked problem.
