MODEL COORDINATOR, KRNL LIFESTYLE + FASHION MAGAZINE AND BLOG
This is a student run organization at the university of Kentucky. We publish two magazines per school year and have a website with a blog as well as several social media sites. As the web manager, my duties include:
-Assist in communication between models and photographers during shoots
-main contact/scheduler for all models
-liaison between models and fashion editor
-records all model inquires and details in Google sheets (sizes, head shots, contact info, etc.)
-attends off-campus photo shoots

This is a student run organization at the university of Kentucky. We publish two magazines per school year and have a website with a blog as well as several social media sites. As the web manager, my duties include:

-creating and developing new, innovative ways to communicate the message of KRNL to the target market
-help determine the desired sponsors necessary for growth
-keeping all website pages up to date
-working hand in hand with the marketing team

This job came from my internship from the Galerie that started in February of 2019. The Galerie is a wedding/event venue in Versailles, KY. I continued my same work but as an employee. Averaging 20 hours a week, I did all things such as creating client leads, rebranding for the website, website copy, reaching out to past and current brides, and setting up for events and weddings.

In the summer, I helped Jennifer recreate the website for Wright Psychology and Learning Center located in Louisville, Kentucky. Lion’s Club of Lexington is a place dedicated to aid those who are hearing impaired. They provide assistance to Bluegrass Council of The Blind, Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS), and Central Kentucky Radio Eye. I worked with VIPS at the holiday parties with the preschool children.

Catholic Charities is an agency that provides homes to those families or individuals who have just immigrated from their home country. They help bring them to the US and get them on their feet. My family and I mentored a family from Syria who had 3 children under 10 years old with one being severely autistic. My father helped the dad learn how to pay bills in the US as well as helped him get a job at UPS as well as purchase a car. I mostly helped the mother with cooking and took the smaller children to the library and helped with their homework.
