Having worked as an Assistant Manager, I know the importance of working well with others and creating a positive, safe, and efficient environment for not only myself, but others on my team. My ability to navigate difficulties to find resolutions, as well as my goal oriented mentality, would truly make me an asset to any team I'm fortunate enough to work with.
