Skills
I have a diverse range of knowledge in biology, coaching, chemistry, physics, math, and philosophy. I have the investable quality of being able to manage obligations independently, and efficiently, and have developed problem-solving skills that will be of significant benefit within a coaching role. My studies in philosophy have further assisted me in relating to people from all walks of life, a skill that has become invaluable in my own life experience. I have always aspired to pass on my knowledge and skills in life to assist others.
Born in Tasmania, Australia, I made every effort to achieve highly in my schooling and was accepted into the Biomedical Science program at Monash University (a leading Australian university). However, I placed my academic career on hold to pursue my distance running aspirations.
I was awarded a full scholarship at Adams State University in 2015. Through my dedication to athletics at Adams State, I have achieved the honor of being a member of two NCAA Div II Cross Country National Championship teams. I have also personally placed 2nd and 3rd at NCAA Div II Cross Country National Championships and have been the lead Adams State runner on both those occasions.

In closing, I would like to add that I am capable of promptly carrying out instructions given to me by administration. My competency and understanding of technology is up to date and any necessary abilities outside of my current skill set can be learnt quickly.
Education
Graduated from Adams State University on May 6th, 2020, with the following degrees:
August 2015 - May 2020
Adams State University, Alamosa- BA major in Biology with a minor in Chemistry

My interest in biology stemmed from my previous ambitions of being a biomedical scientist. In the American education system, it was not an option for me to study to be a medical doctor or biomedical scientist immediately after high school. In lieu of these options, I decided to do a standard degree and devote much of my time to my running ambitions.

Adams State University, Alamosa- Interdisciplinary study degree in Physics and Philosophy
Towards the end of my schooling, I realized that I would be finished with my primary degree. I had always been intrigued by physics and math, and I had found a new interest in philosophy. With the time I had left, I decided to pursue a degree in both. Both physics and philosophy are subjects that are unique in that an individual cannot succeed with memorization alone. A student in these fields requires improvisation, problem analysis skills, and practical application to succeed. It is not enough to know only how to practice math in physics. An awareness of all aspects of the problem has to be inferred first. As stated in my skills section, problem-solving has always been one of my strengths, while my background in philosophy grants me the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
