Develop close and personal relationships with teammates to ensure a successful varsity season. Create thought-out leadership materials with the captain. Manage fundraising efforts on and off campus. Train new teammates.. Create team schedules. Choreograph routines for all performances. Serve as a liaison for communication and conflict resolution between team and faculty.
