· Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to workers
· Determine labor requirements on a job to job basis
· Help create schedule
· Procure materials and supplies needed to complete projects
· Use AutoCAD for permit drawings
· Measure and Layout
· Inspect or review each project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes
· Keep up with relevant building codes
· Create punch list and schedule service calls

· Once each job is complete, enforce quality standards and give the final approval before city inspection.
