Hudson Neurosurgery Medical Assistant (May 2018-August 2018)
● Assisted in many aspects of clinical care including taking patient history, documentation, and billing
● Observed neurosurgeries at St. John’s Riverside Hospital

Community Primary Care (June 2015-Present)
● Shadowed a Primary Care physician
● Learned how to use eClinical works i.e. recording patient history, vitals, immunizations, medications, appointments, and visit codes
● Assisted with clinical tests such as EKG’s, blood oxygen level, and blood pressure measurements
● Transferred and scanned paper records into online medical records
● Currently reviews and corrects patient superbills to be sent to insurance companies

“Art from the Heart” Volunteer (October 2017-Present)
● Creates art projects with pediatric and adult patients at UVM Medical Center

NICU “Cuddler” Volunteer (February 2018-Present)
● Holds babies admitted to the UVM Medical Center NICU that require additional attention
