As a duty manager I ran the health club dealing with any problems or situations throughout the day. Other responsibilities include: Administration duties, selling memberships, handling of customer complaints, health and safety of the club.

Worked various temp administrative roles throughout Edinburgh. These jobs involved answering phones, sending emails, accepting parcels, running the reception desk and using computer software such as Word processing and excel.

As an employee for a large retailor I was responsible for dealing with customers of LIDL, roles includes
- Handling of all inbound calls to LIDL UK Customer Service
- Handling customer complaints and enquiries as telephony-based employee
- Answering customer emails, letters and web enquiries

Resident Staff Member, 2014 Commonwealth Games, Glasgow (Voluntary): July – August 2014
Volunteering as a resident centre staff member in the athlete’s village, my roles included:
- Being a direct point of contact for athletes and officials when based at the athlete’s village
- Delivering mail to competing countries headquarters within the village
