Secured the building, assisted front-desk, worked overnight on-call and composed incident reports and maintenance requests.
Assessed Individual Interviews with 20-30 residents 2-3 times per semester to guide students in reflection, decision making, attaining goals and managing mental health, as well as noting anything that may need extra attention.
