KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Quarterly collaboration with stakeholders assessing the school’s climate improvement plan by reviewing and analyzing data to identify goals and targets
Reinforced the Seven Keys to staff to help focus students’ attention on readiness for college, through presentations to staff and students in grade level town hall meetings
Coordinated the implementation of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS), which yielded the school a bronze award the first year of its implementation and resulted in a significant reduction in referrals from the previous school year; referral reduction from 1200 to 120 the following year
Utilized prior master scheduling experience to assist with vertical articulation and departmental and school’s scheduling process
Cultivated and monitored student plan to identify specific supports for students by grade level to reduce the ineligibility rate

Collaborated with the administrative team to define, present and implement new procedures in an effort to reduce suspensions and referrals and thus, decreased both annually
Chaired the OSET team and trained staff on safety precautions and procedures as they related to emergencies and the crisis plan
